Tower Lane Farm, 2014 USDF Breeder of the Year!
Our broodmares are carefully selected to best match our stallion choices based on movement, conformation, personality and proven bloodlines/offspring. Our mares live a life no different then our show horses. They are regularly worked to stay breeding fit. Our mares are turned out on pasture together with their babies till weened. On their years of of breeding, most of our mares go back to being show horses either in the Dressage and/or Material ring. Elite O' Pretty Lady */*/* By Opus -/*/-/*/* Foals: O'Pretty Lady comes to Tower Lane Farm from one of the top breeding farms in the U.S., Ken Borden Jr/Little Bit Farm Inc. She is a good, up-hill mover, with free-floating gaits, and a top line to die for. Her sire Opus is #1 producer of Premium Mares and HOY winners since 2005. Opus received 3rd highest dressage score in all US Stallion Testing with a score of 140.59. Her first foal, a 2006 filly, was premium and high-score filly of her inspection. She has continued to produce all premium foals. Her 2009 colt Vader was awarded with his stallion approval from Oldenburg/NA in 2012. In the same year Pretty gained her 3 star with Oldenburg/NA, meeting all the requirements for her Inspection Sores, Quality of Foals and Performance of Offspring. To date Pretty has produced all top Premium foals. In summer of 2013 she will be presented to Oldenburg-NA for the mare performance test in hopes to qualify for Elite status.

Ranara is a lovely, 16.2 hands, Premium Holsteiner and Premium ISR/Oldenburg mare with gorgeous conformation. She was 2nd of all mares in the Central Region, (foaled 3-15-01). This is an international quality mare. She already won at her first dressage in hand show and has cleared pasture gates of 4’6". That Girl FOR SALE Sire: Opus
That Girl or Tia as we call her is a ISR/Old Premium Mare 16.1 hands, Olympic blood on top and bottom. Many half- siblings top and bottom are USDF Horse of the Year. That Girl received top placings at several shows and third at the Midwest ISR/Oldenburg filly championships. She even won money placing top five at IHF. That Girl possesses incredible ridability. According to Mr. Karsten Kuel, the ISR/Oldenburg Breeding Director, "At the 2003 inspection, ‘That Girl’ will easily be one of the top Premium mares in the US." He also stated, he "…looks forward to seeing this mare in the FEI classes. She is exactly what the US breeders need to be breeding." 2006 - a banner year for That Girl, who won the Broodmare class and Reserve Champion Mature Horse at Dressage at Lamplight, 9/23/06. At the 2006 East Central Regional Championships, she placed 5th in Mature Mares. She was inspected by the AHHA, was Mare Site Champion with a score of 47, and was entered into the Main Mare Book with Premium Status. Her foal Raymond LBF, by Raymeister, was judged a Premium Holsteiner colt. She is the 2006 USDF Mature Mare Horse of the Year. Sire: Opus* is Dutch registered, ISR/Oldenburg approved, 2006 USDF #1 Dressage Breeding Sire (2nd in 2005 and 2004), #1 NA/WPN Dressage Breeding Sire in USEF rankings for 2005 and 2004, #1 Producer of Premium Mares and HOY Winners since 2005. Opus* received the 3rd highest dressage score in all US stallion testing - 140.59! He received the only 9 given in the gaits category (by all 4 judges), and one of only two 10's given in rideability! Daydream HW */-/- FOR SALE Sire: D’accord
Daydream is a 2004, Westphalian mare imported from German in 2008 as a new show prospect with bloodlines to Donnerhall. She is currently trained to 2nd Level and continuing to progress nicely. Daydream has FEI capable movements and a huge personality. Daydream showed successfully in the Dressage Sport Horse breeding classes as well as at 1st Level with scores that earned her a chance to compete at Regional Championships in 2010. In 2010 she was presented for mare inspection receiving premium status for Oldenburg NA and is in the Premium Mare Book. Daydream has produced an amazing colt by Versache in 2012. Her colt Van Gogh was 1st Premium at the Oldenburg-NA inspections and was awarded some of the highest overall scores in the country. Brealante is a first premium ISR/Oldenburg filly. She was site Champion at her 2008 inspection, receiving 8.2 for type, 8.3 for movement, 8.3 for overall impression, with a final score of 8.3. She is a very easy going girl with wonderful personality. Brealante has a very balanced walk/trot/canter under saddle with relaxed, swinging strides. She is smart and has movement that will excel at upper level dressage. Brealante has a powerful hind end and lovely, ground covering gaits. In 2012 Brealante was presented for her mare inspections with Oldenburg/NA. She was awarded with Premium status and stands in the Premium Mare Book. Brealante is currently offered for sale. Gana de Gauguin Sire: Olympic Gauguin de Lully
Gana is a stunning Swedish mare, by the
world-famous Olympic dressage stallion, Gauguin de Lully, and out
of a premium mare by St Pr Aktuell, another famous dressage producer.
Gana comes to Tower Lane Farm from one of the top breeding farms
in the U.S., Ken Borden Jr/ Little Bit Farm Inc. Gana was
tied for the top-scoring Swedish foal inspected in (scores 9,8,8),
and in 2003, she received the highest scores in the U.S. for her
gaits. In 1999, Gana was third in the Mid-Ohio Futurity and
second at the Great Lakes "A" hunter show. That same year,
she won the filly class at Sorensen Championships and placed top
10 at Dressage at Devon, both under saddle and in hand. Gana won
fourth in ’99 and third in ’00 in the AHSA Hunter Breeding
with very limited showing. In 2000, she won the Mid-Ohio Dressage
Two-year-old Futurity. Gana is an amazing mover. She is definitely
international quality. At the SWANA inspection, Gana received the
highest dressage scores in the U.S. - "9" in the gaits
category. She is easy to ride and shows the most elastic gaits,
with incredible reach and natural cadence in all three gaits!
In 2005, Gana only showed twice and was Res. Champion Mare and Res.
Champion Mature horse both times. |

Dora */-/- SOLD By Davingport
Dora came to us with a hunter show background, however her beautiful movement led us to believe she would flourish in the Dressage ring. In 2009 she showed locally and qualified for USDF Dressage Region 6 Championships. Such a wonderful accomplishment her first year competing in Dressage. Dora participated in the '09 Hanoverian (AHS) Inspections and was placed in the Main Stud Book with a score of 7.0. Dora has incredible blood lines including Davignon, Feiner Stern, Beach Boy and Pik Koenig. Dora is currently offered for sale. Madison is a lovely 2002 Hungarian mare. Most recently shown as a Jumper, however she floats in flat work and we're anxious to pursue her dressage career. Her sire HS Wistar is a 1996 bay Hungarian stallion. He was the number one stallion of the 2005 small tour at the Festival of Champions. He was 2009 Great American Champion at Grand Prix and the recipient of the Anne L. Ramsay Grant awarded by the Dressage Foundation. Madison has given us an outstanding colt in 2010, a great cross with Versache. in 2011 Madison was awarded Champion Hunter Broodmare of the Year by the Northwest Sporthorse. Breeders Association. Amoretta is a lovely Swedish mare out of Amiral. She has been a successful show horse and broodmare. Her Sire Amiral received one of the highest dressage scores with a 10 for walk, trot and canter at the Flying Stallion Classifications test. Amoretta has produced a spectacular colt in 2009 who received a stallion license with Oldenburg-NA in 2010. At a recent clinic with Raphael Heiligers he commented positively about her future potential as an FEI horse. |
